"Awesome and helpful agent, which is kind of uncommon for any insurance agent that I’ve had in the past. I have been going through the aftermath of a terrible car accident almost 6 years ago and I am constantly having surgeries and recovering or going to doctor and hospital appointments and when I am at my home I have no cellular data and really terrible Spectrum WiFi so a ton of communication gets lost or never happens between Will Flowers, my agent or Samantha who is an employee there, who also is very involved and helpful in so many ways and they are extremely understanding with my situation. They absolutely look out for my best interest when it comes to my insurance and discounts, etc…Thanks a bunch Will Flowers and Samantha and State Farm Insurance."

"I've had automobile and renters insurance policies with Will Flowers State Farm insurance for several years and have experienced outstanding customer service from everyone in hus office. About a year ago I filed a claim on one of my auto polices and his office was very helpful with the entire process. I'm currently processing a different type of claim and their help has been great in the initial stages of this claim."
